Prior to the project, Ocean Club Key Biscayne relied on an aging audiovisual system that no longer met the demands of modern board meetings. Board members, management staff, and remote participants frequently experienced limitations related to video conferencing performance, audio quality, and overall meeting efficiency. The resulting system integrates professional PTZ cameras, advanced wireless microphones, enterprise-grade audio processing, flexible video distribution, and intuitive touchscreen control into a unified platform designed to simplify meeting operations while enhancing the experience for both in-room and remote participants.

Once approved, the project entered an accelerated procurement and deployment phase. Through careful planning and logistics management, all equipment was sourced, delivered, installed, programmed, and commissioned in less than 30 days. Installation required exceptional attention to detail due to the occupied nature of the facility and its luxury finishes. By utilizing concealed wiring pathways, minimizing wall modifications, and executing precise workmanship throughout the project, the team successfully delivered a seamless integration that exceeded client expectations.
